This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: 3-7 Business Days

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or carrier disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

If your address is outside our shipping zones, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Additional shipping charges for reshipment

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Order Tracking Says “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive It

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  2. Verify the address you provided

  3. Contact the carrier directly

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
